We’re looking for a System Administrator to join and strengthen our team. Monitoring the health and availability of company systems and services. Providing technical support to employees on hardware and software issues. Handling requests in the Service Desk system: logging, analyzing, and resolving tickets end-to-end
• Managing user accounts and access (email, domain, internal services, etc.). Administering the company's Atlassian Cloud stack (Jira, Confluence): projects, workflows, permissions, and automation rules. Administering the company's server infrastructure and network equipment. Setting up and configuring workstations for new employees. Installing and maintaining standard software

Требования

• 2+ years of experience as a system administrator or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS administration
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP): configuring local networks, routing, VPN
• Experience administering Jira Cloud (project configuration, workflows, permission schemes, automation)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to find solutions independently

• Experience with user and access management via Atlassian admin (SSO/SCIM)
• Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus)
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools
• Scripting skills: Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Go
• Knowledge of SQL (MySQL)
