Требования

• xperience as a System Analyst for 2+ years
• Relevant experience in fintech / retail banking for 2+ years
• Domain expertise in lending, scoring, cards, KYC/AML, client identification/verification
• Understanding of microservices architecture principles and event-driven integrations
• Experience in backend system analysis as the primary source of business logic, including APIs, contracts, and data processing rules
• Ability to work effectively in conditions of uncertainty
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and development teams
• Ability to independently research and explore domains
• Ability to manage multiple features in parallel
• Skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
• Experience writing documentation (BRD, SRS, UML diagrams, BPMN)
• Understanding of integration principles: HTTP, REST, SOAP
• Ability to work with XML, JSON, UML, BPMN, DBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL – basic skills), Postman, and Swagger
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above
