• Creating sequence diagrams during solution design (UML)
• Writing technical documentation (technical specifications, effort estimation, defining implementation timelines)
• Describing integrations between systems (APIs, data, events)
• Maintaining and updating documentation for enhanced systems and the knowledge base
• Creating and assigning tasks to developers
• Providing analytical and organizational support throughout the entire product lifecycle

Требования

• xperience in system analysis for 3+ years
• Ability to prepare technical documentation (technical specifications, integration interaction descriptions, etc.)
• Knowledge of requirement description techniques: Use Case, User Story, BPMN, UML (class, component, sequence diagrams), ERD
• SQL skills, including queries across multiple tables with aggregation, sorting, joins, aggregate functions, and understanding of indexing
• Understanding of data normalization principles
• Understanding of REST and knowledge of JSON format
• Understanding of SOAP integrations and knowledge of XML format
• Understanding of API tools (Swagger, Postman)
• Understanding of and experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence (Swagger and Curl are a plus)
• Experience with client-server applications and knowledge of microservices architecture
• Strong information management skills (searching, processing, structuring, visualization, validation, presenting results)
• Strong communication skills for gathering requirements, building processes, and creating documentation
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above
