• Technical Business Analyst Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Business Consulting | Type: Permanent. Bridge business needs and technical solutions to deliver impactful data-driven transformation

Задачи

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery
• Support data-focused initiatives by working closely with data architects and analysts on solution design
• Track project progress, manage backlogs, and coordinate releases using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Contribute to testing, implementation, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality delivery
• The Role As a Technical Business Analyst at Capco, you will play a critical role in delivering data management and transformation initiatives
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment across business, data, and technology teams
• You will also support Agile delivery by managing backlogs, tracking progress, and contributing to solution design and implementation

Требования

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server
• MongoDB is a plus) and data analysis
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design artifacts
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working on data management or data lineage projects
• Familiarity with UAT planning, execution, and documentation
• Experience with process modeling, wireframes, or design documentation
• Experience identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
