• We are working on OneState, a unique Social RolePlay game , and are looking for a Technical Game Designer to help us create and develop game systems at the intersection of Game Design, Level Design, and development

Задачи

• Configure game mechanics and activities using configurations and internal tools: quests, rewards, shops, gameplay points, navigation, events, and other game systems
• Work with Unity: configure prefabs, ScriptableObjects, scenes, and configuration files
• use internal tools, analyze logs, and work with navigation
• Work with JSON configurations: design their structure, populate them with data, validate them, and ensure data consistency and connections between configurations
• Work with Git following the established git-flow: manage branches, resolve merge conflicts, and participate in code reviews
• Develop and maintain internal tools for Unity and Google Sheets: validators, data generators, content builders, and automation for routine tasks
• Prototype game mechanics in Unity and test ideas before moving them into full-scale development
• Participate in designing new game features: plan configuration architecture, break down tasks, and consider technical limitations and development risks
• Create and maintain technical documentation for game systems, configurations, and internal tools
• Develop the technical side of the Game Design pipeline: create content builders, improve workflows, and increase the level of automation across the team

Требования

• In this role, you will have a direct impact on the gameplay experience of hundreds of thousands of players, implement game features independently, create tools for the team, and improve development processes
• Experience with Level Design or a good understanding of level design principles

• Experience developing internal tools and content builders for Game Designers
• Experience automating routine processes using scripts and custom tools
• Experience writing technical documentation, including technical specifications, configuration documentation, process documentation, and tool documentation
• Understanding of game system architecture and experience designing configuration structures
• Experience setting up development processes and facilitating collaboration between teams
• Understanding of mobile F2P games and key product metrics (Retention, Conversion, ARPU, LTV), as well as how game configurations and settings can affect them
• Experience working with SQL and BI tools to analyze game data
• Personal game or technical side projects, released games, publicly available tools, or plugins
