Задачи

• Lead large cross-team IaaS projects from planning to delivery
• Break down project scope into phases, milestones, dependencies, and tasks
• Coordinate execution across multiple technical teams and keep everyone aligned
• Build and maintain project plans, document decisions, architecture context, and artifacts
• Run regular project syncs, track progress, identify blockers early, and drive mitigation
• Own timeline tracking and delivery forecasting
• proactively highlight risks and trade-offs
• Support product managers with execution orchestration across several engineering teams
• Improve delivery transparency: status reporting, milestone, and clear next steps for stakeholders

Требования

• Solid understanding of public cloud fundamentals and core IaaS principles
• Good technical awareness of cloud building blocks, including: virtualization (KVM/QEMU), Kubernetes, VPC, storage, API
• Strong project decomposition and execution management skills in technical environments
• Ability to run structured cross-functional ceremonies and keep technical teams synchronized
• Strong communication skills: concise status updates, risk communication, and stakeholder alignment

Будет плюсом

• Experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/GPU platforms, or distributed systems projects
• Experience working with both product and engineering stakeholders in platform teams
• Familiarity with release planning and dependency/risk management across multiple streams
• Success in this role
• Projects are delivered with clear stage gates, realistic timelines, and predictable execution
• Cross-team dependencies are visible early and resolved before they become blockers
