Требования

• 4+ years of experience as UX/UI designer at an agency or renowned brand
• Experience with diverse digital design projects for large brands
• A strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your experience and passion
• A great communicator that is not afraid to take initiative
• Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with Figma and Design Systems is a must
• Experience in motion design (Jitter) and AI tools is a big plus
• Working proficiency in English

• JOB PURPOSE
• In this role, you’ll join a talented team of digital designers in our growing office in Zagreb, shaping top-notch experiences for international clients
• You’ll collaborate with DEPT® teams across Europe, tackle complex design challenges, and push design quality to the next level
• You're not just a strong designer, you’re a people-first person, who challenges conventions, and helps shape a thriving team culture
• With hands-on design, you'll play a key role in putting our Croatian design team on the map
