Задачи

• Develop and drive a unified cross-platform UX architecture and long-term UX vision
• Design key end-to-end player journeys, including first-time user experience, core/meta progression loops, and social interaction loops, while establishing the foundation of the overall UX system
• Create UX guidelines, design patterns, and frameworks that enable scalable product development
• Ensure adherence to product UX standards when collaborating with other UI/UX designers, including reviewing their solutions from a UX perspective
• Maintain UX consistency and predictability across features, platforms, and geographical markets
• Make and advocate for key UX architecture decisions, presenting and defending them to producers and project leads
• Balance cost and value by delivering maximum impact without falling into unnecessary perfectionism
• Evolve UX into a strategic business tool that shapes player behavior and drives product metrics
