• As an Account Executive, you will support Brightstar Lottery's growth by developing strong customer relationships, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across assigned accounts. This role is responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping customers achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with lottery regulations and company standards. This is a remote opportunity.

Задачи

• Lead the full sales process from concept development through game launch and execution
• Develop annual business plans in partnership with account teams to support territory objectives
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and license content goals for assigned accounts
• Identify customer opportunities and recommend solutions through collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements and agreements
• Coordinate proposals, presentations, and follow-up activities for lottery instant product opportunities
• Represent Brightstar at customer meetings, sales events, and industry conferences
• Perform other duties as assigned

Требования

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 4-6 years of sales or account management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and effective written communications
• Capacity to influence and communicate effectively with customer stakeholders and retail partners
• Be able to obtain and maintain required lottery background investigations, licenses, security clearances, and regulatory approvals
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required
