• We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team, supporting the Platform division. You will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction.

Требования

• 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in SaaS, payments, or iGaming
• Solid understanding of online business functions: payments, marketing, affiliates, customer service, and content
• Familiarity with player account management, wallet systems, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming tools is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and spoken)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year
• 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old
