We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Engineer (Power Platform & Copilot Studio) to join our growing team and support the development of AI-driven automation solutions across enterprise business processes

Задачи

• AI Agent Development
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions to support business process optimization
• Build and maintain conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider Power Platform ecosystem
• Design effective conversational flows and user experiences
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and business processes
• Implement monitoring, analytics, and continuous improvements to enhance solution performance and adoption
• Solution Delivery
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs
• Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable AI-powered solutions
• Support deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of existing solutions
• Governance & Innovation
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance requirements
• Promote responsible AI practices, including transparency, explainability, and ethical AI principles
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches and tools
• Contribute to technical standards, best practices, and knowledge sharing across teams

• Collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams, you will deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality AI solutions aligned with governance standards and best practices

Требования

• Technical Skills
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, or conversational AI solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts , including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and LLM-based solutions
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud services
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and related AI services
• Understanding of secure development practices, testing approaches, and performance monitoring
• Experience implementing analytics and monitoring for AI-driven solutions
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript is an advantage
• Experience delivering solutions in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Professional Skills
• Proven experience in a similar AI Engineering, Automation, or Power Platform development role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• This role requires strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform , particularly Copilot Studio , alongside a solid understanding of Generative AI concepts and conversational AI development
• The scope of services includes designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents that improve operational efficiency, enhance user experiences, and drive business value

• Knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks and governance practices
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Azure AI, or Copilot Studio
