• We are looking for a collaborative and commercially minded consultant to support clients across the Wealth & Asset Management sector. You will work on strategic and operational challenges that improve client experience, strengthen delivery, and support business growth.

Задачи

• Support wealth and asset management clients on transformation initiatives across advisory, operations, and digital change
• Help define and deliver practical solutions that improve client journeys, strengthen governance, and create measurable outcomes
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape project direction and support successful delivery
• Contribute to business development through insight, analysis, and a strong understanding of the WAM market
• Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues through clear communication and consistent execution
• Help shape the future of wealth and asset management through client-led transformation, thoughtful delivery, and meaningful commercial impact
• Please note we WAM experience is essential for this role**

• Experience in wealth and asset management , financial services, or a closely related consulting environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Commercial awareness and a good understanding of the pressures facing WAM firms
• A structured, analytical approach with the ability to turn complexity into clear actions
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to contribute in a fast-moving, client-facing environment

• Knowledge of regulatory, operating model, or client journey change within WAM
