We're now looking for an AI Product Manager to help drive AI-powered innovation in Public 360. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying meaningful customer problems, turning emerging technologies into real value, and shaping the future of a trusted public-sector platform. You'll work at the intersection of AI innovation, product strategy, and customer value , collaborating closely with development teams, designers, AI specialists, customers, and commercial stakeholders

Задачи

• As AI Product Manager, you will help define how AI creates value both in our products and in the way we work
• You will focus on two key areas
• AI in the Product
• Creating new AI-powered capabilities that solve real customer challenges and improve how public organizations serve employees and citizens
• AI in the Product Process
• Leveraging AI to improve product discovery, decision-making, collaboration, and ways of working
• Drive definition and implementation for the next steps of AI product vision for Public 360
• Identify meaningful customer problems and translate them into product opportunities
• Own product performance and business outcomes, including product P&L - shaping product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps
• Work closely with customers and the market to uncover emerging needs
• Turn insights into clear product concepts, epics, and user stories
• Drive responsible AI adoption while maintaining customer trust and innovation speed
• Strengthen AI capabilities, innovation practices, and product excellence across the organization
