• We are expanding our Wealth & Asset Management capability and are seeking experienced Avaloq professionals to support growing client demand across core banking and wealth platform transformation. You will play a key role in delivering complex change programmes, working across business and technology teams to maximise the value of the Avaloq platform and deliver scalable solutions for leading financial institutions.
• As AI continues to reshape financial services, you'll be expected to embrace AI-enabled ways of working, using approved AI and automation tools to enhance productivity, accelerate analysis, improve delivery quality, and support better client outcomes, while always applying human judgement and responsible AI practices. You'll also help clients identify opportunities to embed AI-enabled capabilities into future operating models where appropriate, supporting innovation while maintaining robust governance and oversight.

• Drive transformation across core banking and wealth management platforms using Avaloq

Задачи

• Support the delivery of Avaloq implementation, upgrade, enhancement and integration programmes, using approved AI-enabled tools where appropriate to accelerate delivery and improve quality
• Configure and optimise Avaloq functionality across core banking, wealth management, payments, securities and reporting processes
• Collaborate with business, operations and technology stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements, using AI to accelerate analysis, documentation and insight generation while maintaining appropriate human review
• Support data migration, system integration and platform modernisation initiatives, leveraging AI-enabled automation where appropriate to improve efficiency, consistency and delivery outcomes
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery, stakeholder alignment and the responsible adoption of AI-enabled solutions across client engagements

Требования

• Proven experience working with the Avaloq Core Platform in a business, functional or technical capacity
• Experience in at least one of: Avaloq configuration, parameterisation, integration, data migration or platform implementation projects
• Strong understanding of private banking, wealth management or core banking operations
• Experience working across areas such as client lifecycle management, payments, securities, portfolio management or regulatory reporting
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a mindset of continuous learning and curiosity for adopting AI-enabled ways of working to improve productivity, quality and client outcomes while applying responsible AI principles

• Experience with Avaloq ICE, Avaloq Front Platform or Digital Banking solutions
• Knowledge of Avaloq scripting, interfaces, APIs or integration frameworks
• Technical skills such as SQL, Oracle, Java or cloud-based technologies
• Experience within consulting or client-facing delivery environments
• Experience supporting AI transformation initiatives or embedding AI capabilities (including Generative AI, Agentic AI or intelligent automation) into business or technology delivery within financial services
