Задачи

• Customer obsession : Become the go-to AWS expert for our key customers
• Explore solutions to solve their needs and the needs of their customers in mind, assist in pre-sales to bring the team to the next level
• Architecture & Design : Design and implement highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS , leveraging best practices and architectural patterns
• Contribute to the overall cloud strategy and roadmap
• Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Drive the adoption of IaC principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments
• Operations & Monitoring : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cloud infrastructure at your customers, ensuring stability, performance, and security
• Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Participate in on-call rotations (depending on customer assignment)
• Security & Compliance : Implement and maintain security best practices within the AWS environment
• E nsure compliance with relevant industry regulations and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA)
• Cost Optimization : Identify and implement cost optimization strategies for AWS cloud resources
• Monitor cloud spending and provide recommendations for reducing costs without compromising performance or reliability
• Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate effectively with other engineering teams (e.g., development, security, data) to deliver seamless and integrated solutions
• Communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting : Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the cloud infrastructure and processes
• Deep understanding of AWS core services (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, Bedrock)
• Knowledge of the MAP migration program from AWS (framework for large scale migrations)
• Extensive experience with I aC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in AWS
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles

Требования

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure
