• Their Enterprise Engineering team develops and maintains business critical platforms spanning treasury, fund accounting, compliance, and middle office operations. • As a Software Engineer you will join a high-performing engineering team building mission-critical software that powers core operations across a leading investment firm.
• Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

Задачи

• Owning analysis from initial hypothesis through to insight and recommendation
• Analysing user journeys, behaviour, conversion and engagement to identify opportunities to improve the product
• Designing and evaluating A/B tests, control groups and experiments to understand incremental impact
• Using product analytics tools such as Amplitude
• Writing advanced SQL and using Python for deeper analysis and automation
• Building and maintaining analytical data models using dbt
• Creating self-service reporting around product performance, experimentation and key metrics
• Working with external datasets and APIs to improve the quality, coverage and accuracy of partner/business data
• Identifying data quality issues, matching records and investigating root causes
• Exploring opportunities to use AI/LLMs and automation to improve analytical and data processes
• Lead analytics projects and take ownership of delivery
• Analyse campaign and customer journey performance
• Use SQL and/or Python to generate actionable insights
• Work with tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics or similar
• Build and develop dashboards and reporting
• Present findings to clients and senior stakeholders
• Help shape analytics roadmaps and identify opportunities for growth
• Mentor and support junior analysts
• Drug Response Prediction
• Lead the design and execution of computational approaches to predict drug response across patient populations
• Develop and validate predictive models using real-world clinical data, integrating diverse data modalities
• Identify biological and clinical signals that differentiate responders from non-responders
• Translate modeling outputs into actionable biological and clinical insights
• Data & Analysis
• Work extensively with real-world data (RWD) – EHR, claims, clinical trial data – at scale

Требования

• Proven experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Platform development
• Strong experience building and maintaining ELT/ETL pipelines
• Proficiency with SQL and Python, alongside modern data transformation and modelling practices
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, ideally Azure
• Understanding of data quality, governance, testing, and documentation best practices
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline
• What Will Make You Stand Out
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, or lakehouse architectures
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Microsoft Graph API
• Understanding of AI/ML workflows and the data requirements that support them
• Experience supporting large-scale data migrations or transformation programmes
• Background working within architecture, design, engineering, or other creative industries
• A passion for building scalable, well-governed data solutions that drive business impact

• You’ll ideally come from a product-led, B2C, marketplace, subscription, e-commerce or digitally native environment , with experience using data to directly influence product and commercial decisions
• Key experience
• Strong hands-on SQL
• Strong Python experience
• Hands-on experience with dbt
• Experience with a product analytics or experimentation platform such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely, OpenPanel, PostHog, Heap or similar
• Strong A/B testing and experimentation experience
• Dashboarding experience with Lightdash, Tableau or Power BI

• The successful Software Engineer will receive the following benefits
• Salary up to £200,000 – depending on experience
• The successful Azure Cloud Engineer will receive the following benefits
• Salary between £40,000 – £50,000 – depending on experience
• Up to £44,000 base salary
• 600 annual learning and development budget

• Hybrid working model (4 days in office)
• Work abroad policy allowing up to one week per year overseas
• The successful Lead Data Engineer will receive the following benefits
• Salary up to £85,000 – depending on experience
