• Key Experience & Skills
• Business Analysis Expertise : 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the financial services sector
• Agile Delivery Knowledge : Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, creating business cases, and defining project goals
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Proven ability to lead sessions, gather requirements, and liaise effectively between stakeholders and users
• Technical Proficiency : Skilled in Epic, user story writing, and process re-engineering
• Industry Acumen : Expertise in Commercial, Digital, and Retail Banking , with a working knowledge of financial processes
• Exceptional Communication : Articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
