• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to delegate effectively to AI tools without being a control-freak
• Quality-focused with a strong QA mindset and attention to detail

• Curious and self-driven, motivated by continuous learning and innovation
• For tech-oriented Business Analysts moving into development
• Proven experience in FX products or other financial markets, with strong understanding of business workflows
• Experience with vendor systems and business requirement gathering
• Basic coding knowledge or strong willingness to learn AI-assisted development
• Familiarity with system integrations and technical concepts
• For business-minded Developers expanding domain knowledge
• Interest in or basic knowledge of FX products and financial markets
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and software architecture
• Professional coding experience
• Willingness to engage deeply with business stakeholders and domain concepts
• For all candidates
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or similar
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for complex problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills with both business and technology stakeholders
• Ability to write clear specifications and documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (speaking a Nordic language is a plus)
