Задачи

• As a Hybrid Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will enable and coordinate delivery for a cross‑functional software development team operating in a fast‑changing environment
• This role blends traditional project management responsibilities with Agile and Scrum facilitation, ensuring delivery predictability, transparency, and continuous improvement
• You will work closely with the Client’s Senior Program Manager and partner with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
• Responsibilities & Scope
• Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication across the delivery lifecycle
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Partner with the Technical Lead Engineer and Business Analyst to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives
• Track and report delivery progress using Agile and traditional metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, milestones, risks, and issues
• Remove impediments and blockers while ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment and collaboration
• Maintain team focus, commitments, and delivery cadence in a dynamic environment
• Coordinate with QA and test automation resources to embed quality throughout the development process
• Provide regular status updates and executive‑level reporting to internal and client stakeholders
• Support continuous delivery practices and drive ongoing process improvements across the team

Требования

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid Agile delivery role supporting software development teams
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks combined with traditional project management practices
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to track, analyze, and communicate delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies effectively
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team enablement
