Требования

• trong background in software development (multiple programming languages, frameworks, design patterns) for 4+ years
• Experience with ERP
• Proven system architecture experience (frontend integrations, microservices, APIs, data modeling, cloud platforms)
• Knowledge of enterprise-level platforms (CRM, data warehouses, middleware)
• Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar)
• IT strategy development and technology roadmapping
• Ability to evaluate and compare technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving and decision-making in complex environments
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulatory compliance
• Strong documentation and visualization skills (UML, ArchiMate, etc.)
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
