Требования

• This is the right role for you if you can describe yourself as
• Natural investigator - you don’t wait for detailed specifications, but proactively understand the business domain and ask the right questions to clarify the requirements
• Holistic solution owner - you take ownership of the full lifecycle from design to implementation & testing, and stand by the solutions you deliver
• Data Modeler - you understand what good looks like in data warehousing and build accordingly
• Strategic thinker - you care about high quality, consolidation and standardization, prioritizing long-term maintainability over short-term fixes
• Innovation driver - you use AI as a tool to improve productivity, quality, and speed
• Strong experience in data engineering and data warehousing, building large-scale data solutions. You know what good looks like in modern data warehousing
• Ability to design data warehouse solutions, with a focus on simplicity and maintainability
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow
• Comfortable taking full ownership from requirements to production
• Eager to understand the business domain so that you can turn their problems into robust and maintainable data solutions
• Solid experience with CI/CD, pipeline orchestration, and modern data engineering practices
• It would be ideal if you also
• Experience with AI and how AI can support development and operations of large-scale data solutions
