Our analysts and marketers face daily challenges that force them to reconsider their approaches to player acquisition and retention. Задачи

• Owning the economy of OneState by shaping the overall economic strategy of the game and translating it into clear rules and frameworks for the economy team and other departments
• Managing the economy design team and reviewing all major economic decisions and approaches
• Designing and validating economic models for large scale features
• Building economic simulations and validating them through A/B testing
• Managing the player driven economy, including designing restrictions and regulatory systems within features
