• As a Lead AI Deployment Architect, you will work directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using our Process Intelligence platform. In a pre-sales and post sales capacity you will work closely with other AI experts across Product & Engineering and GTM to standardize these solutions and bring them to our customer base at scale. We are ideally looking for individuals with in-depth practical experience in delivering solutions to our customers.

• Architect & Deploy: Prototype, develop, and scale end-to-end AI solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging Python , LLM-based architectures (RAG) , and Machine Learning models
• Strategic Alignment: Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition to C-level stakeholders, aligning our Process Intelligence capabilities with their broader enterprise AI strategy
• Scale Innovation: Identify high-impact AI use cases across the Celonis platform and package them into scalable, repeatable offerings (e.g., via the Machine Learning Workbench )
• Lead "Lighthouse" Projects: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers, ensuring successful value realization from pilot to production
• Cross-Functional Feedback: Act as the technical voice of the customer, collaborating with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap for AI Agents and automation capabilities
• Enablement & Evangelism: Train internal teams on AI deployment best practices and share success stories to elevate the organization’s technical maturity
• Full-Stack Implementation: Design and architect deployments that seamlessly integrate AI, Process Intelligence, and Automation into complex enterprise IT landscapes
• The preferred qualifications you need
• Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and/or respective Software deployment
• Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software / SaaS Provider
• Alternatively in an Inhouse role (e.g
• Center of Excellence for Data Mining / Analytics / Intelligence) within an Enterprise
• Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions
• Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable & easily extensible solutions
• Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution / technology for the respective customer pain point
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field
