Задачи

• Own end-to-end marketing. Claim full ownership of a web product’s marketing and execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies
• Manage the creative pipeline. Develop and test creatives by generating ideas, proposing hypotheses, monitoring implementation, and providing feedback
• Run and optimize campaigns. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across Google and other networks
• Build external partnerships. Build meaningful relationships with external partners and agencies, and manage collaborations with global ad network teams
• Leverage data and dashboards. Build and monitor BI dashboards for insights, ensuring campaigns achieve target KPIs while scaling
• Collaborate with product. Work closely with the product team to understand user motivations and shape effective monetization strategies
• Drive growth initiatives
• Take additional responsibilities to grow your product by thinking beyond performance marketing and applying creative growth-hacking approaches

Требования

• 4+ years of performance marketing experience
• Hands-on experience in campaign management across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and similar platforms, with deep expertise in Google Ads Search Campaigns being a must
• Experience with Google measurement tools (GA4, etc.) and mobile measurement partners such as Adjust or Appsflyer
• Knowledge of user attribution and conversion tracking across multiple channels
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong command of written and verbal English
• Understanding of big data environments (preferably BigQuery) is a plus
• Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus
• Team management experience is a plus
