Задачи

• Own and evolve the global paid social strategy across our b2c products portfolio, with primary responsibility for Meta and TikTok
• Lead, coach and develop the Paid Social team: set objectives, allocate workload, review performance, improve execution standards and support hiring and onboarding
• Own portfolio-level budget allocation, forecasting and performance across products, markets and funnels, including Tier-1 geographies and six-figure+ monthly media spend
• Translate company growth goals into channel, market and team plans tied to paying subscribers, revenue, CAC, LTV and ROAS
• Establish a rigorous experimentation program across audiences, creatives, bidding, placements, offers and landing pages, including hypothesis design, sample-size planning and statistically sound interpretation
• Build an effective creative testing and production process together with creative, product and localization teams
• Oversee measurement quality, conversion tracking and attribution across app, mobile web and desktop
• identify data gaps and partner with analytics/engineering on fixes
• Analyze portfolio and funnel performance, identify scalable growth opportunities and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Evaluate new acquisition channels and measurement approaches, including DSPs, programmatic media, connected TV and incrementality testing

Требования

• Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, including account architecture, bidding, audience strategy, creative optimization, automation, policy compliance and scaling
• Advanced knowledge of performance economics and funnel metrics: CAC/CPA, ROAS, LTV, LTV-to-CAC, payback period, CPI, CPM, CTR and CVR
• Strong statistical and analytical foundation: hypothesis formulation, experimental design, sample-size and power concepts, confidence intervals, statistical significance, variance and common testing biases
• Ability to distinguish correlation from causation and apply incrementality testing, holdouts and lift studies when evaluating channel impact
• Deep understanding of attribution and measurement across app, mobile web and desktop, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI and mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• working knowledge of SQL and BI tools is strongly preferred
• Strong capability in budget allocation, forecasting, scenario modelling, pacing and performance reporting for high-spend international accounts
• Proven ability to build scalable campaign, creative-testing, analytics and quality-assurance processes for a team
