• tinyBuild is a global video game publisher and developer focused on building long-lasting franchises across multiple media formats. Its portfolio includes more than 70 titles, such as Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, with development studios located across the United States, Europe, Serbia, and Ukraine. The company is looking for a QA Engineer to join the Hello Neighbor 3 team. The project is a system-driven sandbox set in Raven Brooks, where the world is simulated in real time and player actions lead to new discoveries

Задачи

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform manual functional testing
• Perform regression testing
• Conduct console certification testing
• Identify issues at the game and software system level
• Find clear and efficient reproduction steps for reported issues
• Document defects in the issue tracker using established standards
• Build and maintain the project test case database
• Coordinate testing activities with other departments
• Communicate quality risks and testing results to the development team
• Help establish effective quality assurance processes for the project

• Description
• You will initially be the only QA specialist on the project, giving you significant freedom to establish effective testing processes and approaches
• Independence, responsibility, and strong organizational skills are essential for this role

Требования

• At least 2 years of professional experience in game development quality assurance
• Experience testing console games
• Experience with pre-release game testing
• Experience testing projects in Unreal Engine
• Experience creating and maintaining test case databases
• Experience with functional, regression, and certification testing
• Ability to identify system-level issues and produce reliable reproduction steps
• Strong independence and organizational skills
• Responsible approach to ownership and decision-making
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Broad gaming experience across different genres
• Availability to work from Serbia or relocate to Belgrade

Будет плюсом

• Experience playing immersive simulation games
• Experience as the primary or sole QA specialist on a game project
• Familiarity with system-driven sandbox games
• Experience helping establish QA workflows from an early production stage
