• We make decisions quickly, value initiative, and give specialists the opportunity to influence both production processes and the final result. We work fully remotely and bring together professionals from different countries who are interested in creating atmospheric and commercially successful games. We are currently building a new AI-focused department and looking for a specialist who combines technical expertise with a strong artistic vision. This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical side of generative AI, confidently works with ComfyUI, and knows how to turn generated images into polished, production-ready artwork. For which tasks and responsibilities? Creating 2D images and visual assets using generative AI tools. Building, configuring, and maintaining workflows in ComfyUI
• Selecting and integrating models, LoRAs, ControlNet tools, custom nodes, and other components into production workflows. Retouching, refining, and upscaling generated artwork. Bringing AI-generated images to a polished, production-ready quality in Photoshop. Working closely with the art team and quickly implementing feedback and revisions. Maintaining visual consistency across characters, scenes, and project assets. Identifying technical and artistic limitations in generated results and finding effective solutions. Developing, testing, and improving the team’s AI production pipeline. Documenting workflows and helping other team members use AI tools effectively. Exploring new generative AI tools, models, and approaches that may improve production speed and visual quality

• We create commercial games for the Steam audience and support them throughout the entire development cycle - from the initial concept, narrative, and visual direction to release, post-launch support, and further development
• Our main focus is Adult Visual Novels and story-driven games where visual quality, character design, atmosphere, and emotional player engagement play a key role

• Technical requirements To work with generative models locally, you will need access to a GPU with at least 12 GB of VRAM
• Support from the team and management during onboarding and throughout your work with us

Требования

• What kind of professional are we looking for? Experience in game development as a 2D Artist, Technical Artist, AI Artist, or in a similar role
• Confident proficiency with ComfyUI and a strong understanding of how generative image workflows are built
• Experience working with Stable Diffusion or other generative image models
• Understanding of checkpoints, LoRAs, ControlNet, inpainting, upscaling, samplers, prompts, and other key elements of AI image generation
• Confident proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, anatomy, and visual style
• The ability to evaluate generated images critically and refine them to meet production requirements
• The ability to maintain a consistent visual style across multiple assets
• A combination of technical thinking and artistic judgment
• Attention to detail and the ability to respond quickly to feedback
• A proactive approach and willingness to experiment, test hypotheses, and improve existing workflows
• The ability to work effectively with artists and other production team members
• Willingness to work with 18+ content
• Will be a plus Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Knowledge of Python or experience working with custom ComfyUI nodes
• Experience creating visual content for Steam projects
• The ability to directly influence the company’s AI production processes and visual quality
