• PL Warsaw 1 Rondo Daszyńskiego 00-843 Summary Andersen is hiring a Principal AI Engineer to drive AI innovation, building intelligent features that enhance automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the platform.
• The customer is a global technology company delivering enterprise digital platforms for automating complex operational, financial, and compliance workflows. Its solutions handle high data volumes, integrate with multiple external systems, and support mission-critical processes for international businesses, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and automation.
• The project is focused on driving AI innovation across the platform by designing and delivering AI-powered features. It aims to enhance operational efficiency, enable predictive capabilities, and support better decision-making for stakeholders.

Задачи

• eading and mentoring a team of AI Engineers
• Converting manual processes to fully automated processes
• Partially automating processes when full automation is not achievable
• Helping improve efficiency for both the operations team and customers
• Reducing the amount of manual (especially repetitive) work mainly for the operations team
• Predicting answers to questions based on an existing historical knowledge base
• Predicting costs based on historical knowledge
• Chat bot style task automation

Требования

• xperience in Data Science, AI or other relevant fields for 5+ years
• Experience as a Lead Engineer, Team Lead, or Architect
• Experience with LLMs and building AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM orchestration
• Knowledge of AI agent design patterns: reasoning, planning, tool use, and memory management
• Proven experience designing, training, and deploying ML models in production environments
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong coding skills in languages such as Python
• Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure is the preference, AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying AI models
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets
• Ability to design and implement AI-driven solutions
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
• Desired skills Programming experience in Java
• Understanding of ML fundamentals and MLOps practices: model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong skills in Python application architecuture for production deployments, mono repos, uv, microservices, frameworks such as gunicorn & FastAPI
• Strong LLM/DevOps
• Strong skills in infrastructure as code specifically in Azure environment and BICEP
• Automated production grade deployments of AI/LLM models
• Production grade architecture of cloud-based solution
