• We're at an exciting inflection point: scaling an extremely sophisticated, high-throughput platform that powers millions of seller actions daily while rapidly expanding our agentic AI capabilities, real-time intelligence layer, and foundational platform services.
• The Core Platform team owns the foundational systems that everything else at Outreach depends on data platform, event & workflow engines, identity & access, API & integration architecture, real-time processing infrastructure, and developer platform. We enable product velocity across the entire organization while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability, security, scalability, and extensibility.
