• We’re hiring a Product Owner to join our Connected Play team, focused on building and enhancing digital experiences that connect retail and mobile in the lottery space.
• This role is centered on shaping how players interact across physical and digital touchpoints—bringing together mobile apps, digital wallets, loyalty programs, and promotions into one seamless experience.
• You’ll own the product roadmap and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions that drive engagement and long-term value.

• Define and drive the product roadmap across retail and digital experiences
• Act as the voice of the user, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, features, and priorities
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, marketing, and commercial teams
• Lead Agile execution including backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery
• Continuously evaluate product performance and enhance the user experience

Требования

• 5-7 years of experience in product ownership or product management within digital environments
• Strong background delivering customer-focused, cross-channel experiences
• Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Experience with loyalty, CRM platforms, gaming, or regulated industries is a plus
• This is a highly visible role at the intersection of product strategy, digital innovation, and user experience, with the opportunity to influence solutions used by players globally

• The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower
• The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable
• Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program
• Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses
• Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements

• All Brightstar employees have a role in information security. Annual training will be assigned and required as appropriate

Условия

• The estimated starting compensation range is $59,795 - $122,400
