• As a Product Owner , you’ll lead by example, aligning business goals with technology and collaborating seamlessly with agile teams and stakeholders
• Take Ownership : Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog to ensure the most valuable features are delivered
• Translate Needs into Action : Transform business requirements into user stories that guide development teams to deliver tangible outcomes
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders, aligning expectations and ensuring a clear understanding of business priorities
• Drive Value : Ensure the most business-critical and high-value items are addressed first
• Stakeholder Communication : Decide on successful deliveries, evaluate outputs, and ensure solutions meet the needs of internal and external clients
• Lead Industry Trends : Stay updated on emerging trends, develop thought leadership materials (e.g., articles), and represent Capco in industry

• Experience & Background
• First experience as a Product Owner within Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and proven ability to manage iterative development processes
• Key Skills
• Fully fluent in both English and Dutch (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills , adept at working with cross-functional teams and communities
• Decisive, analytical mindset with a customer-first focus
• Proven expertise in prioritization , stakeholder management , and delivering on time with high quality
