• The Engineer is the builder, who is responsible for solving customer problems end-to-end (idea to production)
• AI Agents are the enablers who write most of the code and solve repeatable tasks to help the Engineers maximize their impact

Задачи

• Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders
• Manage the backlog
• Drive team priorities, tying them closely with higher level organizational goals
• Own business-related decisions, set direction on the feature
• Monitor product performance and customer behaviour, identifying improvement areas and growth opportunities
• Take full ownership of one product line

Требования

• Previous experience working as a Product Owner in a tech company
• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Ability to independently navigate an ambiguous environment
• A tendency to proactively raise challenges and identify solutions
• Regular usage of AI tools, building agents or agentic workflows
• Work on a subscription-based B2C product is a plus
• Digital marketing knowledge and experience is a plus
