• The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of business and technology projects across Life, General, and/or Medical Insurance. The role will manage project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, risks, dependencies, and execution activities to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

• Project Planning & Delivery
• Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance transformation and technology projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and delivery roadmaps
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage delivery risks and issues
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
• Support project mobilisation, implementation, and transition activities
• Stakeholder Management & Governance
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, sponsors, technology teams, and external partners
• Facilitate project governance forums, working groups, and steering committee meetings
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment across project teams
• Escalate key decisions, risks, and issues appropriately
• Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
• Establish and maintain project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks
• Manage project dependencies across business, technology, and vendor workstreams
• Implement issue resolution and escalation processes to minimise project impacts
• Support change control processes and assess impacts to scope, budget, and timelines
• Vendor & Delivery Coordination
• Coordinate activities across internal delivery teams, vendors, and third-party partners
• Track vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines
• Support vendor governance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Financial & Resource Management
