Задачи

• Build, optimize, and oversee processes within the squad, ensuring synchronization with the overall production pipeline
• Collaborate with leads and other PMs on planning releases, improvements, and features
• participate in building the squad roadmap together with squad ownership and the producer
• Improve task delivery predictability and proactively remove blockers
• Establish effective communication within the squad and maintain cross-functional collaboration with other PMs
