• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions – crafting bespoke AI solutions for our Nordic clients
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, fullstack developers, UX designers, Project and Product managers, and Google experts to overcome complex challenges and deliver impactful outcomes
• Champion knowledge sharing and mentorship, guiding junior colleagues in the art of AI development and fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Own the AI revolution: Dive into the exciting world of Generative AI and ML, playing a pivotal role in shaping projects around Google's groundbreaking Gemini foundation model
• Innovative Impact: Work on the forefront of cloud technology at a globally recognized leader in Google Cloud solutions
• Direct Google Connection: Collaborate closely with Google teams, shaping the future of cloud and AI

• With over 14 years of experience in Google Cloud under our belt, offices in 18 countries and more than 600 experts, we have deployed practical innovation alongside Google
• We focus on infrastructure modernisation, data management, smart analytics, application modernisation, and AI & machine learning

• Experienced in end-to-end development (Python is a must)
• Experience in Solution architecture
• Experience in MLOps, and preferably GCP
• Experience in the frameworks: ADK, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph

• Confidently present solutions to clients, bridging the gap between complex algorithms and real-world business value, while actively cultivating and expanding those customer relationships

• We’re seeking a passionate and experienced AI Engineer with a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying solutions to production
• You’ll be a enthusiast with a deep understanding of AI/ML principles and hands-on experience with building end-to-end solutions
• As a coding expert, you’ll possess strong Python skills and a solid foundation in the frameworks: ADK, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph
• Excellent communication is essential – you’ll build strong relationships with clients, translate their needs into innovative AI solutions, and present complex topics with clarity and confidence
• You’re a true collaborator, thriving in team environments where knowledge sharing and mutual support are paramount
• Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) is required
