О компании и продукте

• As a Senior Business Analyst within our Business Consulting practice, you will partner with clients and internal Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to identify business improvement opportunities and shape transformation initiatives. You will lead business workshops, analyse current-state processes, identify gaps, define future-state solutions, and develop delivery roadmaps that create measurable business value.
• This is a client-facing role requiring strong facilitation, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and requirements management skills. You will work independently while collaborating closely with consulting, technology, and delivery teams.
• We are looking for Poland based candidate.
• This role is hybrid and may require working from the office in Warsaw.

• Lead business workshops with stakeholders to understand business objectives, current processes, and improvement opportunities
• Analyse existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions aligned to business goals
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements using clear, structured documentation and appropriate analysis techniques
• Develop business cases, process maps, user stories, and delivery roadmaps that support successful implementation
• Present findings, recommendations, and solution options confidently to business stakeholders and project teams

Требования

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within consulting or large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements elicitation skills
• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels
• Experience translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting delivery teams throughout implementation

• Experience working within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and business analysis frameworks
• Experience supporting digital transformation or operating model change initiatives
• Familiarity with BPMN, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar business analysis tools
• Relevant certifications such as IIBA CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst
