• As a Senior Data Consultant, you'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver modern data capabilities that enable better business decisions. You'll combine technical expertise with consulting skills to help clients define target architectures, create scalable data solutions and establish data products that generate measurable business value.
• We are currently hiring for this role due to an existing or newly created vacancy within our organization. This position is open as part of our ongoing business needs, and we are actively reviewing applications to fill this role with a qualified candidate who can make an immediate impact.

• Design and deliver enterprise data architectures, logical and physical data models, and scalable data solutions aligned to business strategy
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and implement high-value data products and data-driven capabilities
• Lead or contribute to data transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, modern data platforms and data governance
• Translate complex business challenges into practical, sustainable data solutions using industry best practices
• Mentor colleagues, contribute to capability development and help shape the growth of Capco's Data & Analytics practice

Требования

• Experience delivering data architecture, data modelling, data engineering or data product initiatives within consulting or complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies and enterprise data management principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, influencing decisions through clear, evidence-based recommendations
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
• Curiosity, adaptability and a passion for solving complex business problems through innovative data solutions
• We're looking for experienced consultants with expertise across data architecture, data modelling, data products and enterprise data solutions
• Whether your passion lies in defining strategic data capabilities, designing modern platforms, or delivering business-focused data products, you'll have the opportunity to solve complex challenges while helping clients transform the way they use data
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management or master data management frameworks

• Experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud data services
• Familiarity with AI, advanced analytics or machine learning-enabled data products
• Relevant industry or cloud certifications
