• We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Senior Project Manager to take the reins on two high-impact strategic initiatives shaping our media and solution offerings for executive-level visibility. This isn’t a passive task-tracking role: you will step in, establish structure, and lead cross-functional execution end-to-end. While onboarding support is provided, we need someone who thrives on full operational ownership, drives momentum, and delivers high-quality outputs independently.

• Drive end-to-end execution: Establish project plans that meet the key milestones and deliverables, and manage timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across workstreams
• Lead senior stakeholder alignment: Collaborate directly with leadership, internal domain experts, and external consultants to keep project goals and executive updates aligned
• Own resource & workflow management: Define capability and expertise needs, partner with team leaders to secure team member availability, establish clear roles and workflows, and proactively clear delivery blockers
• Enable multi-region delivery: Manage schedules, assets, and communications seamlessly across both AMER and EMEA teams

• Essential
• Ownership mindset: Proven track record of stepping into ambiguous environments, creating structure, and driving projects forward independently without needing step-by-step direction
• Communication & stakeholder management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to manage external consultants, interface with senior executives, and align cross-functional teams
• Timezone & regional flexibility: Willingness and capability to adapt daily working hours to accommodate regular meeting overlaps with EMEA and US-based team members and stakeholders
• Reliable work ethic: A resilient, action-oriented approach focused on hitting tight deadlines, managing competing priorities across regions, and maintaining quality under pressure
• Agency background : Prior experience in an agency, digital studio, or consultancy setting, with a track record of balancing multiple high-priority client projects simultaneously

• Media industry background: Experience in the media industry or working on media-related business cases is a major plus
• Customer experience (CX) & journey mapping: Experience managing end-to-end UX and strategy teams defining end-to-end user journeys, or service design initiatives
