• We are seeking an experienced Senior+ Product Manager to lead the evolution of TradingView. You will define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. In this role, you will guide the development of features that enhance our platform's capabilities and drive growth, ensuring we maintain our position as the global leader in financial market technology.
• TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries.
• We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.
• We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.

Задачи

• Develop and implement product strategy aligned with TradingView's growth objectives
• Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics
• Lead product discovery to identify user needs and market opportunities
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success
• Prioritise feature development based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality implementation
• Validate product hypotheses through A/B testing, experimentation, and user research
• Analyse user feedback and behavioural data to identify improvement opportunities
• Stay current with financial technology trends, competitive landscape, and platform advancements
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product progress effectively

Требования

• 5-7+ years of product management experience with customer-facing products
• Proven track record of leading successful products at scale
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated data-driven decision making
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Expertise in product management methodologies and best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams
• Good understanding of financial markets or a strong willingness to learn quickly
• Strong UX/UI sensibility and experience working closely with design teams
