• As a Senior Product Manager at Observe by Snowflake you will lead a cross-functional team to define and execute the product roadmap across core product areas -- Logs, Metrics, Traces, Data Management, AI and more. You will set strategy grounded in deep customer empathy, drive prioritization across competing enterprise demands, and shape a product processing thousands of TB/day of telemetry. This is a high visibility role where you will interact with internal and external stakeholders regularly and have the ability to shape the product’s direction

Задачи

• Define and own the product roadmap for one or more areas
• set strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver against adoption, migration, and cost-efficiency goals
• Lead enterprise customer discovery to translate observability pain points into product requirements and drive product adoption
• Partner with engineering, GTM, and Snowflake platform teams to execute quarterly plans and align on integration opportunities (Cortex AI, Iceberg, Snowflake Intelligence)
• Represent product in high stakes situations to customers, partners, and leadership through crisp PRDs, specs, and strategy presentations
• Drive 0-to-1 & 1-to-N Initiatives: Identify emerging patterns and turn them into scalable, GA-ready product offerings

Требования

• 6+ years of PM experience, with 3+ years on infrastructure, developer tools, or observability platforms
• Deep familiarity with observability concepts (logs, metrics, traces, APM, alerts) and cloud-native architectures
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, streaming ingest, and open standards (OpenTelemetry, Iceberg)
• Proven track record shipping in competitive enterprise markets and displacing incumbents
• Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and navigate the complexity of an acquisition integration
• Familiarity with AI/ML and agentic workflows
• can demonstrate use of AI tools in their day-to-day

• Experience with or strong opinions on AI SRE, AIOps, or agentic observability workflows
• Exposure to modern data ingestion, storage and retrieval systems including Kafka, SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing technologies
• Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem and open-source community dynamics
