О компании и продукте

• Review client-requested features, define their scope, and coordinate with the Account Manager/Integration Manager or other BUs to clarify feature details or address client feedback
• Ensure all requirements are clearly defined and provide answers to questions related to user flow or implementation.
• Ensure that all new requirements are estimated in MD (man-days) and once added to the current quarter commitment, put up a comprehensive timeline for all client features incorporating tasks dependencies analysis, prioritization and risks; Create UXM tasks with necessary details, including requirements, UAC information, user flow, and associated diagrams.
• Ensure all relevant data is accurately documented to facilitate development, testing, and rollback resolutions. Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure clear understanding of UXM requirements and actively work to remove blockers.

Требования

• At least 5+ years of experience in project or product management/ownership or business analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• presentation skills with a business analysis/SWOT focus
• Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills
• Experience in identifying industry leaders and creating specifications that achieve positive results

• Technical University or University of Economics/Business
• relevant certifications (SCRUM, PMP, BA, PO) are welcome. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in team leadership and motivational skills
• Planning and organizing, decision, making, and conflict management skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced project environment and adaptability
