• Social Media Strategy & Content Manager We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategy & Content Manager to take ownership of GET’s social media function. This is not a posting-only role: the person will be expected to develop the strategy, manage the content pipeline and ensure our channels remain active and responsive.

• Research GET’s business, technology, audiences and competitors
• Develop the social media strategy, content pillars and posting cadence for each platform
• Build and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars
• Coordinate copywriters, designers, editors and other contributors
• Manage briefs, deadlines, feedback and approvals through publication
• Plan communications around fundraising, events and company announcements
• Monitor comments, messages and mentions, responding or escalating when required
• Propose appropriate evening and weekend account coverage
• Review performance and provide weekly updates and recommendations
• Report to the Creative Director and raise issues early with proposed solutions
• What we’re looking for Experience in social media strategy, content operations and community management
• Ability to lead the function independently in a startup or fast-moving environment
• Fluent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with management, leading meetings, briefing teams and providing feedback in English
• Strong editorial judgement and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Excellent project-management and team-coordination skills
• A proactive, organised and solutions-oriented approach
• Confidence using performance data to improve content
• Experience in technology, agriculture, science or sustainability is an advantage
