Задачи

• Leadership & Mentoring
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of software engineers
• Provide regular feedback and support for career development
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
• Project Delivery
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
• Collaborate closely with a Product Manager and Product designer and other stakeholders to define priorities and requirements
• Technical Guidance
• Guide architectural and design decisions within the team
• Review code and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and security
• Promote the adoption of modern technologies and methodologies
• Collaboration & Communication
• Act as a key point of contact between your team and other departments
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new engineers
• As we are an international team, please submit your application and CV in English
• You will be responsible for a team of software engineers, and collaborating closely with a Product Manager and Product Designer
• You will drive your team’s objectives and ensure delivery against clear KPIs and defined SLOs
• You will be responsible of the growth and engagement of your team members, supporting their career development, performance management, and recognition through promotions and development plans
• You will be technically involved - contributing to software architecture, troubleshooting, code reviews, and supporting your team in non-critical technical initiatives
• The Engineering Manager is expected to demonstrate leadership, initiative, and a strong commitment to the company's values and objectives
