Задачи

• Define, maintain, and evolve SAP team guidelines, including best development practices, Clean Core strategies, DevSecOps lifecycle, and security/compliance requirements
• Implement and operationalize governance models for RISE with SAP, coordinating with architecture, security, and vendors
• Promote adoption of SAP standards and frameworks (SAP Activate, Best Practices, Reference Architectures)
• Collaborate with business areas to define optimal SAP solutions, ensuring value, cost efficiency, and technical sustainability
• Support solution and integration architecture design, aligned with corporate architecture and security directives
• Accelerate SAP landscape transformation: S/4HANA, RISE, SAP BTP adoption, application modernization, and innovation (SAP Business AI, Joule, side-by-side scenarios)
• Evaluate SAP and partner solutions for technical fit, maturity, and business value
• Support SAP licensing analysis, management, and optimization
• Manage strategic alignment with SAP, including roadmaps, partner collaboration, and escalation of critical topics
• Enable and upskill SAP teams, promoting standards, knowledge, and continuous improvement
• Act as a technical and functional reference within EDP’s SAP ecosystem

Требования

• Proven track record in large-scale SAP environments
• hands-on in SAP transformation initiatives (S/4HANA, RISE, modernization)
• Fluent English
• SAP certifications, experience in large/multinational organizations, prior Competence Center or governance roles
