Задачи

• HR Process Excellence Manager, Team Lead
• You will lead and develop a team of HR professionals, set priorities, grow capabilities, and ensure the team delivers against process and compliance goals
• Process design and governance
• You will design and standardize HR administration processes across international markets, building scalable, consistent workflows where processes are currently fragmented or evolving
• Full-cycle HR operations
• You will continuously improve HR lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, terminations, and offboarding, while overseeing multi-country payroll in compliance with local labor and tax regulations
• AI-enabled HR transformation
• You will identify opportunities to automate HR operations, implement AI tools, and integrate them into everyday workflows
• Risk management and audit readiness
• You will prepare for audits, identify operational risks, and continuously strengthen HR processes and controls

Требования

• Have 5+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations in an international environment
• Have experience leading and developing teams
• Have supported M&A transactions, business transformations, or post-merger integrations
• Have strong knowledge of global payroll processes and compliance
• Have experience with entity setup, restructuring, or liquidation
• Have a solid understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation standards
• Can design and improve complex HR processes
• Are a confident user of AI tools and know how to apply them to HR operations
• Can drive change and align stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

• You'll manage an international team, improve and standardize HR processes across markets, and help embed AI into everyday HR operations
