Задачи

• As our Principal Architect, you will act as the technical authority for our most complex engagements
• You will help build our culture, set our standards, and mentor our growing team
• Strategic Leadership: Define architecture standards and delivery frameworks for Azure-based data solutions
• Solution Design: Architect robust, scalable platforms using Azure Data Platform (Synapse, Data Factory, Fabric) and Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow)
• Trusted Advisor: Engage with C-level stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
• Team Enablement: Mentor data engineers and consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and psychological safety
• Innovation: Stay ahead of the Azure/Databricks roadmap and share your knowledge through internal sessions and industry events

Требования

• We are looking for a senior professional with a consulting mindset who enjoys solving complex problems
• Experience: 8+ years in Data Engineering/Architecture, with at least 3 years focused on Azure data platforms
• Technical Core: Deep expertise in Azure Synapse, ADLS, Data Factory, and Event Hubs
• Databricks Specialist: Proven proficiency with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and the MLflow ecosystem
• Communication: You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
• Leadership: Experience leading technical teams or projects is essential
• Certifications (Highly valued but not mandatory): Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, or Databricks Certified Professional
