• As a Team Lead at Caterpillar Inc., you will under general supervision, coordinate, oversee and monitor activities within a specific factory function such as Assembly, Logistics and Quality
• Job duties and behaviors include, but are not limited to
• Contributing team member
• Train new and develop existing employees
• Liaison between team members and section managers
• First point of contact for questions related to employee job functions
• May provide input on schedule/build adjustments
• May communicate with cross-functional leaders

Требования

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to perform repetitive operations
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Must have some experience operating a forklift
• Must have Intermediate Level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Top Candidates will also have
• Must have an intermediate of proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) of Glovia
• Prior Logistics experience
• Ability to follow standard work and use standard logistics tools
• Ability to work overtime
• Proven team development abilities
• Understanding of basic Supply Chain Principles
• Prior leadership experience
• Time management skills and excellent communication skills

• 3rd Shift Starting Pay: $27.11/hour (includes 8% Shift Premium)
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 10:15 pm - 6:15 am, Overtime as business needs require
