• Lead and inspire a team of HR specialists providing first-line support across the entire German network.
• Manage a diverse portfolio encompassing Employee Lifecycle Management, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Benefits, and Compliance.
• Navigate an extensive stakeholder network , partnering closely with Business & Talent Acquisition Partners and various Project Teams.
• Drive operational excellence by supporting your team in solving complex cases and engaging in demanding professional conversations.

• In this role, you will lead a team of HR generalists providing first-line support to our German-based employees, managing a diverse and high-impact portfolio

Требования

• A seasoned People Leader with at least 1 year of direct Line Management experience and a passion for developing others
• Fluent in German (near-native/C1-C2) with the ability to communicate with sophistication and nuance in a regulated business environment
• Highly proficient in English , enabling you to collaborate effectively within our global corporate structure
• An empathetic leader who prioritizes empowerment, coaching, and a people-first mindset in your daily leadership practice
• A strategic navigator comfortable managing complex stakeholder networks and diagnosing organizational needs
• A disciplined professional with a university degree (HR or Business preferred) and a strong grasp of logical reasoning
• An agile specialist who may come from a Second Level background but is ready to master the diverse, fast-paced world of Front Line HR
