Задачи

• You will lead the shift from reactive support to a proactive, automation-driven SRE model, improving performance, scalability, and overall user experience
• At its core, this role is about building empowered teams, creating reliable systems, and driving meaningful change in how identity services are delivered at scale

Требования

• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing engineering or technical teams
• Experience working in pharma, biotech, or other regulated industries
• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (SailPoint IIQ is a strong plus)
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and Access Governance in regulated and large-scale environments
• Solid understanding of running production systems (monitoring, alerting, incident response, performance tuning)
• Experience with tools like Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or similar observability platforms
• Experience managing SailPoint IIQ upgrades, patches, and regression testing
• Ability to navigate complexity, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a global environment
• Experience working with managed service providers or system integrators
• Professional Information Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
